The company was founded several years ago by Richard Trzupek and now TriState HR Solutions is a respected PEO and staffing source which is particularly active in the Midwest and the surrounding areas. 

Richard Trzupek founded the company after several conversations with entrepreneurs revealed serious HR problems. Many managers complained that it was extremely expensive and difficult to find new employees that met their expectations and payroll processing, filings and management was taking up most of their time.


In the meantime, this idea has evolved into a company with several employees specializing in the administration of the following areas:
